Research and society

Please do a little research on the internet right now and decide how life changed for individuals during WWII. (You can look at life in the US or Europe.) I'd like to see what you find and if you can find comparisons to what occurred on the island to what went on in real life during the war. This should be a few paragraphs long and should include examples from various websites. Please be specific.
